On Monday, January 26, 2009 at 1:00 p.m., the Montcalm County Board of Commissioners will meet to hear arguments for and against the renewal of the county's contract with a class b animal dealer. This particular class b dealer is the same dealer who has sold pets to the University of Michigan for use in their Advanced Trauma Life Support classes. U of M is currently under fire for their use of live animals in their ATLS classes.This meeting will be held in the Old Court House in Stanton, MI located at 211 W. Main St. 48888. Media are invited.
